Working with an organizer is well worth the investment! My house had accumulated so much stuff over the past ten years that I was starting to think that my family would need to move just to force us to grapple with all the possessions that no longer fit our current phase of life. Thankfully, there was a better way! I worked with Marsha Stayer of Stayer Organizing for two intense days: we cleaned out and organized the attic, garage, back porch, mud room and guest room. Last fall I enjoyed a visit with Marsha Stayer! What a treat! On her first visit to my home Marsha coordinated and reorganized my overloaded walk in closet and completely reorganized my kitchen. She came up with clever solutions so I don't have to bend over all the time for pots and pans. She transformed my small, difficult to manage, pantry and made it the pots and pans closet! It's great and six months later it is still in order.

Our mother has severe rheumatoid arthritis in her shoulders, elbows and fingers. She couldn't lift her arm past shoulder high, which presented all sorts of problems. Every dish our mother needed to cook with was in overhead cabinets in her kitchen. She also couldn't reach the clothes she had hanging in her closet. Clothes were hanging on door knobs all over her home. Stayer Organizing came in and rearranged her kitchen by moving the dishes she used on a daily basis, to an antique china cabinet that was collecting dust. In the laundry room, shelves were added low enough for her to reach her supplies. In the closets, Stayer Organizing lowered the closet rods so that mom can now reach everything. It's sure made our mother's life easier.
